Preparation Method-

First, sift the flour, cornflour and baking powder. After that, beat the egg whites in another bowl until it becomes white and continue to beat little by little with sugar powder in between. Beat until it forms a creamy foam. Then mix in vanilla essence and egg yolk while beating at low speed. Now beat for another 10 to 20 seconds. Then slowly mix the sifted flour mixture with the egg mixture, taking care not to spoil the foam in any way.
