Dry ingredients:

  • Baking soda- 1/2 teaspoon,
  • Salt – a pinch

Wet ingredients:

  • Eggs-2
  • Sugar- 1 cup
  • Soybean oil- 1/2 (half) cup
  • chocolate essence – 1 teaspoon,
  • Coffee essence – 1 tbsp

For Chocolate Ganache:

  • Liquid milk full cream – 1 cup
  • Butter- 1.5 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate – 100 grams

Chocolate Moist Cake-Making Method:

  • First of all, I will brush the oil in the cake making bowl and put it with baking paper. Cover a large pan with a lid and preheat it.
  • Now in a sieve, mix flour, milk powder, cocoa-powder, baking powder, baking soda, cornflour, salt.
  • Then beat two eggs in a bowl and beat them with sugar, soybean oil, (those who don’t have a beater can mix it well with a hand whisk or a spoon.) Now mix it well with vanilla/chocolate essence. Sugar should be stirred up to the throat.
  • Now sift the dry ingredients again in a sieve and gently mix them in the egg mixture
  • Now mix the coffee in a little hot water in a small bowl and mix it into the mixture.
  • Then pour it into the cake bowl and tape it well so that there are no bubbles inside.
  • Now cover the preheated pan with a lid and cook on medium heat for 40-45 minutes.

Chocolate Ganache Making Method:

Heat a cup of full cream liquid milk in another pan. When the milk is hot, I will burn it with one and a half tablespoons of butter. I will close the oven after a ball comes. And in this hot milk, I will keep stirring with 100 grams of dark chocolate. After the chocolate melts, pour it into a bowl or cup.

Method 2:

  • Now, after 40 minutes, I will check whether the cake is done or not with a toothpick, turn off the oven, lower the cake bowl and let it cool a little.
  • Now put a plate in the bowl and take it out. Remove the baking paper from the cake.
  • If the cake is uneven, cut it evenly.
  • With these scraps, I will make cake crumbs. So I will grind it in a blender and make crumbs. It will be used to decorate the cake.
  • Now make the cake for two layers.
  • Now put some chocolate granas on the cake plate and put a part of the cake on it and brush a layer of chocolate granas on it.
  • On top of that, decorate the whole cake with chocolate granas from another part of the cake and put cake crumbs around the cake.
  • Now grate the chocolate balls and hiat chocolate on top and arrange it. Chocolate moist cake is done.
